By accessing or using the Sana Sculpt Studios website, booking services, or SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, register an account, or consent to receive SMS communications from Sana Sculpt Studios.

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Sana Sculpt Studios ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, promotional offers, class schedule updates, and studio announcements. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Supported Carriers: SMS service is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all service providers.

You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Sana Sculpt Studios is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. SMS messaging is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered at any specific time or that message delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our SMS program and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Classes: Sana Sculpt Studios offers heated pilates, sculpt, flow, and restore classes. Class availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice.

Free First Class: New student offers are valid for first-time visitors only, one per person. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Memberships & Cancellations: Membership terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined at the time of purchase and in your membership agreement.

Health Disclaimer: Participation in heated exercise classes involves physical exertion and elevated temperatures. You participate at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have any health conditions.

All content on the Sana Sculpt Studios website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of Sana Sculpt Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sana Sculpt Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or SMS program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information, including our SMS opt-in data.
